Job Summary

To support a remote healthcare team, the full-time Texas Licensed Patient Enrollment Specialist will engage patients through outbound and inbound calls, assist with enrollment and appointment scheduling, and provide clinical support while maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient outreach and enrollment activities, including scheduling and confirming appointments
• Perform clinical support tasks such as medication reconciliation and updating patient medical histories
• Accurately document patient interactions and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification
• Previous experience in a healthcare, medical office, telehealth, or patient care setting
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain assigned full-time work hours
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
