Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to support multi-state payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation, processing, and review of biweekly, multi-state payroll
  • Assist with payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and audits
  • Maintain payroll data accuracy within the HRIS system and support system updates
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of hands-on payroll experience in a multi-state environment
  • Experience with payroll tax filings and supporting payroll audits
  • Prior experience with Paylocity is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
