Job Summary
Supporting payroll operations for a dynamic workforce, the full-time Texas Licensed Payroll Analyst will manage multi-state payroll processing in Workday, ensure compliance and accuracy, and collaborate closely with HR and Total Rewards teams, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule, including regular and off-cycle runs
- Monitor payroll tax thresholds and deadlines, assisting with year-end activities and audits
- Partner with HR Business Partners on compensation changes and respond to employee payroll inquiries
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, ideally in a multi-state environment
- Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll; experience with equity or stock-based payroll is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of ADP SmartCompliance and federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines accurately
- Proficiency in Excel and openness to leveraging AI tools for workflow improvements
