Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Proven knowledge of multi-state and international payroll processes
• Familiarity with labor laws, payroll compliance, and tax regulations
• Experience working with modern HRIS and payroll systems
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
