Job Summary
To support aspiring insurance professionals, the part-time Texas Licensed P&C Insurance Agent will provide customer assistance with policy quotes and billing inquiries while participating in a paid training program that leads to licensing, all conducted remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries
- Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates accurately
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
Required qualifications
- Background in customer service; call center experience is a plus
