Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a panel of complex pediatric patients and oversee care plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive virtual care
• Educate and support families in navigating their child's health journey

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with a pediatric population, preferably in Community Based Health or Complex Care
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) program with board certification
• Active TX licensure required; additional license in MO or IL preferred
• Experience with children with complex medical needs and familiarity with Medicaid or Community health preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is required
