Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Project Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Pega-based enterprise solutions
• Ensure alignment with Pega best practices and business objectives while mentoring teams
• Manage onshore/offshore teams and oversee integration and testing processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 4-6+ years of hands-on Pega development experience
• 2+ years in a Lead Architect or LSA role with Pega LSA certification
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform (v7.x / 8.x / Infinity)
