Leading a high-performing team, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Penetration Testing Manager will oversee compliance-driven penetration testing engagements, drive strategic initiatives across Amazon's services, and develop automation tools to enhance security operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a technical Penetration Testing Team across multiple locations
• Plan and execute compliance-driven penetration testing engagements to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks
• Drive the development of automation and tooling to scale penetration testing across Amazon's services

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of security management experience
• 5+ years of experience in Information Security with knowledge of penetration testing methodologies
• 3+ years of experience driving Information Security initiatives in large organizations
• 3+ years of experience communicating with technical and non-technical partners and senior leadership
