Texas Licensed PeopleSoft Analyst

Job Summary

To provide high-level functional support for the state's CAPPS HR and Payroll modules, the remote Texas Licensed PeopleSoft Analyst will manage advanced reporting, translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, and guide over 100 state agencies through system upgrades and compliance processes on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced consultative services and functional assistance related to the CAPPS Program
• Develop and maintain reports using PeopleSoft reporting tools and ensure alignment with statewide policies
• Support reporting during system upgrades and patches, including impact analysis and remediation of broken reports

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of extensive Texas public sector experience supporting a Texas state government agency
• 8+ years of experience in reporting support for the HR/Payroll modules in PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2
• 8+ years of knowledge of State of Texas applicable policy
• 8+ years of experience preparing WCAG 2.1-compliant materials
• 3+ years of experience with CAPPS Central production and expansion functional support activities
