Texas Licensed PeopleSoft Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting concurrent upgrades and implementing new module projects, the remote contract Texas Licensed PeopleSoft FSCM Business Analyst will perform requirements analysis, facilitate meetings with subject matter experts, and develop test scenarios while ensuring compliance with state government accounting practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis and document complex system requirements and processes
• Facilitate meetings with subject matter experts and prepare training materials
• Perform end-to-end system testing and support multiple test cycles

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM as a General Ledger and Commitment Accounting business analyst
• Experience in state government accounting practices and dual systems reconciliation
• Proven ability to create all forms of project deliverables as a business analyst
• Experience conducting end-to-end system testing
• Familiarity with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
