Texas Licensed PeopleSoft Analyst

Job Summary

To provide high-level functional support and advanced reporting for the state's CAPPS (PeopleSoft HCM v9.2) HR and Payroll modules, the full-time remote Texas Licensed PeopleSoft Analyst will translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, manage system configurations, and guide over 100 state agencies through upgrades and legislative changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced consultative services and functional assistance for the CAPPS Program
• Support the CAPPS HR/PY Time and Labor module, including system configurations and Fluid timesheet functionality
• Provide functional support for the CAPPS HR/PY application and act as a point of contact for CAPPS agencies

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting the Time and Labor module in PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2
• Proficient in system configuration changes and technical tools such as App Designer and Integration Broker
• Experience planning and coordinating the Fiscal Year Process at a statewide level
• Knowledge of security best practices and multi-tenancy applicability for statewide ERP instances
• Subject matter expert for Fluid timesheet functionality
