Job Summary

To support the State of Texas CAPPS HR/PY Time and Labor module, the full-time Texas Licensed PeopleSoft Consultant will lead functional support and configuration for the PeopleSoft Time & Labor module, collaborating with stakeholders and managing system enhancements in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional support and configuration for the PeopleSoft Time & Labor module (v9.2), including Fluid timesheet functionality
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Managed Services vendors to align system functionality with business needs and manage project lifecycles
• Design, develop, and maintain system configurations and integrations using technical tools such as Application Designer, Integration Broker, and SQR/SQL

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM Time & Labor (v9.2) in large environments
• Advanced knowledge of system configuration, batch job management, and technical troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, and BI Publisher
• Experience with Agile, SDLC, and ITIL methodologies
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and NIST standards in a statewide ERP context
