Job Summary

Seeking a Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Purchasing (PO) Functional Consultant with 10-15 years of experience to join a high-impact team in Austin, Texas, focusing on functional consulting, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration within government environments, with responsibilities including production support and process leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Purchasing and Contracts modules, providing production support and configuration
• Gather business requirements and deliver functional solutions across multiple agencies, coordinating enhancement requests
• Lead module-level configuration and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory changes while providing Tier 2 Service Desk support

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Purchasing module configuration and support within large government networks
• Extensive knowledge of App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, and BI Publisher
• Strong understanding of Texas public sector policies and CAPPS program processes
• Proven ability to manage fiscal year-end activities and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Expertise in information security frameworks (NIST) and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
