Job Summary

Supporting statewide financial systems, the full-time Texas Licensed PeopleSoft Consultant will act as a subject matter expert for the CAPPS Travel & Expense module, leading functional configuration and enhancements while providing advanced production support in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for the CAPPS Travel & Expense module, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance
• Gather and analyze business requirements for complex, multi-agency projects and lead system enhancements
• Manage testing efforts, oversee batch job monitoring, and ensure compliance with state and federal standards

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft FSCM with expertise in configuration and functional support
• Extensive hands-on experience with App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, and BI Publisher
• Demonstrated leadership in large Texas public sector ERP implementations involving multiple agencies
• Strong track record managing CAPPS Financials, Travel & Expense, General Ledger, and Accounts Payable modules
• Advanced knowledge of security best practices for statewide ERP systems
