Texas Licensed PeopleSoft Consultant

Job Summary

To support the State of Texas CAPPS Program, the part-time Texas Licensed PeopleSoft Consultant will serve as a functional expert in PeopleSoft FSCM, leading configurations, integrations, and process enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing advanced production support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the functional expert for CAPPS Accounts Receivable and Cash Receipts modules in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
• Lead module configuration, business process improvement, and functional design activities
• Provide advanced production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for functional and technical challenges

Required qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM with deep configuration and technical skills (SQR, SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects)
• 12+ years' experience supporting Texas public sector agencies and statewide ERP systems
• Functional mastery of Accounts Receivable/Billing, General Ledger, Commitment Control, Asset Management, and Cash Receipts modules
• Extensive background in batch job management, security best practices, and NIST standards
• Demonstrated leadership in project management and cross-functional collaboration
