Texas Licensed PeopleSoft HCM Analyst

Job Summary

Providing senior-level functional and technical support, the full-time contract Texas Licensed PeopleSoft HCM Analyst will manage system configuration, upgrades, integrations, and workflow management for HR and Payroll applications in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support PeopleSoft Fluid UI upgrades, enhancements, and post-production support
• Perform system configuration, create Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and support application enhancements
• Manage Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) setup, user access, and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• 15 years of knowledge of State of Texas policies and federal labor laws
• 12 years of experience performing system configuration changes and supporting HR/PY functions in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
• 10 years of experience with PUM, Fluid UI, and Elasticsearch
• 10 years of Tier 2 Service Desk support experience with Managed Services coordination
• 3 years of knowledge of ITIL principles and practices for ITSM and ITAM
