Job Summary

Leading technical initiatives for the CAPPS Program, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed PeopleSoft HCM Lead will provide advanced consultative support, oversee system development lifecycle processes, and ensure compliance with digital accessibility standards while working in Austin, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advanced consultative and technical support for CAPPS HR/Payroll, ensuring adherence to coding standards
• Oversee the end-to-end system development lifecycle (SDLC) and manage technical design reviews
• Ensure digital accessibility compliance and coordinate with vendors to resolve system issues

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of direct experience with Texas public sector CPA application systems and CAPPS program support
• Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM 9.2, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQL, and related technologies
• Proven ability to manage strategic roadmaps and lead technical project management
• Deep experience with data integration, data quality, and SDLC methodologies
• Demonstrated success in executive communication and technical troubleshooting in multi-agency environments
