Texas Licensed PeopleSoft HCM Lead

Job Summary

To support HR operations, the full-time Texas Licensed PeopleSoft HCM Lead will provide senior-level functional and consultative support for PeopleSoft HR and Payroll applications, focusing on compliance, system configuration, and cross-functional collaboration in a 100% remote contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior-level functional and consultative support for HR and Payroll systems
• Interpret and apply State of Texas HR policies, labor regulations, and statutes while supporting HR processes
• Create and review Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and perform system configuration changes

Required qualifications

• 8 years of extensive Texas public sector experience supporting a Texas state government agency
• 8 years of experience supporting the HR module in PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2
• 8 years of knowledge of State of Texas applicable policy and federal labor laws
• 8 years of experience with data integration and SDLC processes
• 3 years of knowledge of ITIL principles and practices for IT activities
