Job Summary
To support a dynamic public sector technology team, the full-time Senior PeopleSoft CAPPS Technical Lead will leverage extensive PeopleSoft expertise to drive technical excellence and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams both on-site and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead consultative and technical assistance for CLIENTPS Program initiatives
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, SDLC, and accessibility requirements
- Oversee functional and technical design reviews, analyze workflows, and validate system performance
Required qualifications
- 10+ years supporting Texas state government agencies with extensive CPA application systems experience
- Proven track record with PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2 and related technologies
- Deep knowledge of data integration, data quality, and SDLC methodologies including Agile and ITIL
- 8+ years in IT service desk functions and ITIL framework processes
- 3+ years supporting BOSSDesk or similar ITIL-compliant service desk applications
