Texas Licensed PeopleSoft Technical Lead

Job Summary

Leading the transition from Oracle Taleo to PeopleSoft Recruit, the full-time Senior PeopleSoft Recruiting Technical Lead will provide technical support for CAPPS Recruit, gather business requirements, and ensure compliance with CPA standards while working both on-site and remotely in Austin, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical transition from Oracle Taleo to PeopleSoft Recruit for multiple state agencies
• Provide advanced technical support and collaborate with software vendors to enhance system performance
• Gather and analyze business requirements, overseeing functional and technical design reviews

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of direct Texas public sector experience supporting state government agencies
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQL, and related technologies
• Strong experience with ITIL methodologies and IT service desk functions
• Proven ability to create/manage strategic roadmaps and conduct executive-level presentations
• Experience supporting Oracle Taleo Recruit SaaS in a multi-tenant environment for 40+ agencies
