Texas Licensed Personal Injury Lawyer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Injury Lawyer to manage personal injury litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Draft, review, and respond to motions and other litigation documents
• Develop case strategies aligned with applicable civil procedure and evidentiary rules

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active and in-good-standing license in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico
• Experience in litigation and drafting motions preferred
• Strong understanding of trial procedure and legal strategy
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
