Job Summary
To drive new business growth while protecting clients' interests, a full-time Texas Licensed Personal Insurance Advisor will promote services through consultative selling and relationship-building in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Promotes insurance services through sales activities and exceptional client communication
- Generates, manages, and closes a high volume of business opportunities while maintaining accuracy
- Quickly earns trust of clients by identifying coverage needs and risk exposures
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- General Lines Agent - Property & Casualty License
- 2+ years of property & casualty sales experience, preferably in personal lines
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM platforms
- Proven track record of high-volume sales performance and achievement of sales goals
