Texas Licensed Personal Lines Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affluent Personal Lines Account Manager for a hybrid or remote position based in Dallas.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with carrier and client contacts, leading client meetings for assigned accounts
• Manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish with Account Executives and Advisors
• Communicate directly with clients and carriers while creating and maintaining client files in accordance with office procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-3 years of experience in High-Net-Worth personal insurance service
• Experience with EPIC or other agency management systems
• Active P&C Insurance License required upon hire
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of high-level and high-touch points in client management
