Texas Licensed Personal Lines Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affluent Personal Lines Account Manager for a hybrid or remote position based in Dallas.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with carrier and client contacts for assigned accounts, leading client meetings
• Manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish in collaboration with Account Executives and Advisors
• Create and maintain client files and policy records in accordance with office procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in High-Net-Worth personal insurance service
• Active P&C Insurance License required upon hire
• Experience with EPIC or other agency management systems
• Understanding of high-level and high-touch points in client management
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required along with insurance industry training
