Job Summary

To support clients in navigating their insurance needs, the fully remote Texas Licensed Personal Lines Specialist will provide personalized service, manage client inquiries regarding policies and claims, and maintain accurate client data while collaborating with the team to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to clients regarding auto, homeowners, and umbrella policies
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher's technology
• Collaborate with the team to secure existing business and promote additional services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service/claims management experience, or High School diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Proficient in using technology to enhance productivity and service quality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in client-facing customer service is preferred
