Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire patient care process from benefit verification to medication delivery
- Conduct benefit investigations and collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies
- Assist with prior authorizations, appeals, and educate patients on insurance coverage
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a patient-facing, healthcare, or customer service role preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry systems
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy
