Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Reimbursement Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire patient care process from benefit verification to medication delivery
  • Conduct benefit investigations and collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies
  • Assist with prior authorizations, appeals, and educate patients on insurance coverage
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a patient-facing, healthcare, or customer service role preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and data entry systems
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy
