Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Network Director/Assoc Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of the pharmacy network strategy across various channels
• Negotiate and maintain contracts with pharmacies, managing reimbursement terms and relationships
• Oversee pharmacy network operations and performance to optimize access and cost-effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Preferred: PharmD or BSPharm with an active U.S. pharmacist license
• 7+ years of managed care, PBM, or health plan clinical pharmacy experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience in pharmacy network strategy and contracting
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit design and reimbursement methodologies
