Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote PBM Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls and provide accurate prior authorization support
• Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation
• Transfer clinical questions and escalations to the pharmacist team

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license or national pharmacy technician certification
• Advanced computer skills and comfort working across multiple applications
• Familiarity with medical terminology and coding preferred
• Prior authorization or PBM experience preferred
• High-volume call center experience strongly preferred
