Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician with PBM experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional phone assistance to callers regarding the prior authorization process
• Transfer clinical questions and escalations to the pharmacist team
• Maintain accurate documentation of all approvals and denials

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume call center customer service position
• Experience at a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM)
• 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician in an administrative support role
• Valid and active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of residence
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED
