Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to support clinical pharmacy programs.

Key Responsibilities

Complete prior authorization questions within EMR and external websites for providers
Review charts and outreach to providers & patients to obtain necessary documentation
Contact payers and pharmacies for coordination and follow-up on pending cases

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
Pharmacy Technician certification in Texas
6+ months of experience in pharmacy, call center, or customer service
Auditing experience or bilingual in Spanish is a plus
