Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Technician who will manage incoming phone calls to de-escalate and troubleshoot issues for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with nurses, physicians, and caregivers
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails, de-escalating and troubleshooting issues
  • Process prescription refills and submit electronic insurance claims
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum one year experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy; three years preferred
  • Current Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician License
  • Experience with FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to understand basic pharmacy language to interpret prescriptions
