Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Triage.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with nurses, physicians, and caregivers
Manage incoming phone calls and emails to de-escalate and troubleshoot issues
Update consumer profiles and medication administration records

Required Qualifications

Minimum one year experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy; 3+ years preferred
Current Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician License
Experience with FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack software
Ability to understand basic pharmacy language to interpret prescriptions
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
