Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Pharmacy Technician II - Retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Pharmacy Technician Liaison between the Retail Pharmacy and Provider offices
• Perform prescription data entry, filling processes, and manage delivery/shipping to patients
• Train new employees on routine tasks and ensure compliance with departmental standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• RPhT - Registered Pharmacy Technician upon hire required
• 6 months' experience in a hospital pharmacy required
• 2 years of previous Retail Pharmacy experience preferred
• Sterile IV Certification highly preferred
