Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Prior Authorizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and requests for prior authorizations, providing professional assistance
• Maintain accurate documentation of reviews and comply with all regulatory requirements
• Assist with additional duties such as outbound calls and processing prior authorizations received via fax and ePA

Required Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Ability to work from home with wired high-speed internet
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic pharmaceutical knowledge related to terminology and protocols
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
