Job Summary
Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician, this full-time position involves providing data-driven insights and financial analysis to support pharmacy benefit management operations while ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports on PBM performance, utilization, and cost trends
- Conduct financial analyses to support formulary decisions and cost containment strategies
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and support strategic planning initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in healthcare, pharmacy, business, or related field preferred
- Three years of experience in pharmacy operations, managed care, PBM, or healthcare analytics required
- Current Pharmacy Technician Registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required upon hire
- 340B University certification within six months required
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
