Job Summary

Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician, this full-time position involves providing data-driven insights and financial analysis to support pharmacy benefit management operations while ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reports on PBM performance, utilization, and cost trends
  • Conduct financial analyses to support formulary decisions and cost containment strategies
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and support strategic planning initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in healthcare, pharmacy, business, or related field preferred
  • Three years of experience in pharmacy operations, managed care, PBM, or healthcare analytics required
  • Current Pharmacy Technician Registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required upon hire
  • 340B University certification within six months required
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
