Job Summary

Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician, responsible for adjudicating insurance claims and resolving rejections in a fully remote, full-time position with a focus on long-term care pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjudicate insurance claims and resolve rejections in a multi-state environment
• Handle order exceptions and work with prescribers to clarify prescriptions
• Manage routine notifications of insurance issues and stay updated on Medicare/Medicaid policies

Required Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician License
• Minimum one year experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy environment
• 1+ year of recent experience with FrameworkLTC
• Working knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and Managed Medicaid
• Type an average of 50 wpm
