Job Summary
Collaborating with a dynamic clinical team, the full-time Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician will monitor medication adherence, communicate with members and caregivers, and enhance workflows to improve patient outcomes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Interview members and caregivers to gather information on medication adherence and side effects
- Triage medication information to appropriate clinical staff and collaborate on workflow improvements
- Participate in data collection and develop metrics to demonstrate healthcare outcomes
Required qualifications
- Licensed Certified Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
- Minimum of 5 years of retail or hospital experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and caregivers
- Strong teamwork capabilities and sound independent judgment
