Job Summary
To support a growing long-term care pharmacy, the fully remote Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician will enter new or refill orders, adjudicate insurance claims, and manage order exceptions while working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM CST.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately enter new or renewed orders and adjudicate insurance claims
- Resolve order exceptions and clarifications such as refill-too-soon and invalid orders
- Communicate effectively with leadership and peers while meeting productivity standards
Required qualifications
- Must possess a Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician License
- Minimum one year of experience in order entry in a retail or long-term care pharmacy setting
- PTCB certification is required
- Experience with FrameworkLTC is necessary
- Ability to type an average of 60 words per minute
