Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

As a fully remote Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician, the full-time Triage Technician will manage incoming phone calls, de-escalate customer issues, and maintain communication with healthcare professionals to ensure effective medication management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and emails to troubleshoot and de-escalate customer issues
• Build and maintain relationships with nurses, physicians, and caregivers
• Process prescription refills and submit electronic insurance claims while updating consumer profiles

Required qualifications

• Current Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician License
• Minimum one year of experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy; 3+ years preferred
• Experience with FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack software preferred
• Ability to interpret prescriptions and perform pharmacy calculations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
