Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To support Electronic Prior Authorization services, the remote contract Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician will complete prior authorization requests, review patient charts, and manage case follow-ups to ensure timely medication access.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete prior authorizations through EMR systems and payer portals
• Review patient charts and gather supporting documentation
• Contact providers, patients, pharmacies, and insurance payers as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of pharmacy, call center, or customer service experience
• Active TSBP Registered Pharmacy Technician license required
• Prior authorization experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred
