Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer service in a remote part-time capacity, the Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage inbound and outbound calls, process prescription orders, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls while providing quality customer service
• Process new and refill prescription orders and communicate with veterinarians for refill requests
• Collaborate with pharmacists and colleagues to ensure effective customer service and track order statuses

Required qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician License in Texas
• Experience in data processing, fulfillment, or retail; veterinary experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer-focused mindset, particularly towards pets
