Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To support clinic operations, the full-time Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician will deliver responsive customer service, manage prescription processing, and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to clinic prescription inquiries and complaints within a 24-hour service expectation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of prescriptions and maintain complete records of customer interactions
• Protect confidential information and monitor shipment progress to maintain service continuity and customer confidence

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician is required
• At least two years of pharmacy and customer service experience supporting clinics or comparable operations preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
• College coursework or a degree in a science-related field that enhances understanding of pharmacy and medication-related information required
