Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Outreach Coordinator (Pharmacy Technician) with a TX License.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively grow the specialty pharmacy patient population through outbound calls and enrollment
- Educate patients on services offered by the specialty pharmacy program
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company values while communicating with patients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Texas Pharmacy Technician License and National Certification from PTCB or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a related field
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with patient interaction and customer service preferred
- Flexibility in shift times, including occasional weekends
