Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Outreach Coordinator (Pharmacy Technician) with a TX License.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively grow the specialty pharmacy patient population through outbound calls and enrollment
  • Educate patients on services offered by the specialty pharmacy program
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect company values while communicating with patients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Texas Pharmacy Technician License and National Certification from PTCB or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a related field
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience with patient interaction and customer service preferred
  • Flexibility in shift times, including occasional weekends
