Job Summary

To support a growing Mobile Outpatient team, the full-time Texas Licensed Physical Therapist will perform remote evaluations, establish plans of care, and collaborate with in-person PTAs while working from anywhere in Texas without the need for driving.

Key responsibilities

• Perform remote physical therapy evaluations via secure video platform
• Complete clinical assessments and establish individualized plans of care
• Direct and supervise the in-person PTA during evaluations

Required qualifications

• Current Texas Physical Therapist License
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong orthopedic and geriatric assessment skills
• Comfortable utilizing telehealth technology
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
