Job Summary

To support the Survey Operations Department, the full-time remote Political Survey Agent will conduct outbound political surveys using company scripts while maintaining clear English pronunciation and high engagement during calls.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound political surveys following company scripts
• Maintain clear and professional English pronunciation at all times
• Work scheduled hours, typically from 1pm to 9pm ET, while ensuring call quality and productivity standards are met

Required qualifications:

• MUST reside in Texas
• Clear and confident English pronunciation
• Commitment to selected work hours
• Energetic communication style aligned with company expectations
• Required equipment: hardwired USB headset and updated PC/Mac
