Job Summary
Texas Licensed Power Generation Manager is sought for a full-time remote position to lead multi-discipline engineering and design projects focused on power generation facilities and related infrastructure, managing project scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and design activities for power generation and industrial projects
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and facilitating communication
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil/Structural, Chemical, or related technical discipline)
- Minimum of 8 years of engineering and/or project management experience in power generation or heavy industrial environments
- Demonstrated experience managing multidiscipline engineering projects
- Working knowledge of power generation systems and industrial facility design
- Strong understanding of project management principles, controls, scheduling, and budgeting
