Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer/Programmer Analyst 3.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration and integration with Power Platform
• Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs
• Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage and AI capabilities within Power Platform

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of hands-on experience with customizing entities and integrating D365 CRM with Power Platform tools
• 8 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues and debugging software applications
• 5 years of strong understanding of data visualization principles and data modeling using Power BI
• 3 years of familiarity with Copilot Studio for automation and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot features
• 3 years of familiarity with Microsoft Azure Services, particularly Azure Active Directory
