Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed PRA Engineer, the full-time Lead PRA Engineer will oversee daily activities of a team, manage projects to ensure they meet scope, budget, and schedule, and promote professional development and business growth in Fort Worth, Texas.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist the PRA Manager with team supervision, resource loading, and approval of timesheets and expense reports
  • Lead and oversee projects, acting as the Lead Responsible Engineer (LRE) as needed, while providing status updates to management and clients
  • Identify training opportunities and support marketing efforts for PRA product lines and business growth
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university; PE license preferred
  • At least 5 years of PRA experience in the nuclear industry, with prior people and project leadership experience preferred
  • Experience with common PRA tasks including accident sequence analysis, human reliability analysis, and risk assessments
  • Familiarity with the EPRI Risk & Reliability software and ASME/ANS PRA standards
  • Highly motivated with strong technical writing skills and attention to detail
