Job Summary

Supporting the Commercial Prior Authorization team for pharmacy benefits, the remote Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) will process prior authorization requests, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain documentation while working in a high-production, non-patient-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process criteria-based prior authorization requests in accordance with established policies
• Provide clinical and operational support to the Prior Authorization and Member Services teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet established productivity and quality metrics

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the candidate's state of residence or a valid compact license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an LPN/LVN
• Recent Prior Authorization experience, preferably involving pharmacy benefits
• Experience in a high-volume, metrics-driven healthcare environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
