Texas Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary

Supporting the Commercial Prior Authorization team, the remote Texas Licensed Practical Nurse will process pharmacy benefit requests, document cases, and collaborate with healthcare professionals in a high-production environment on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process prior authorization requests in accordance with established policies
• Provide clinical and operational support to the Prior Authorization and Member Services teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet defined productivity and quality metrics

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the candidate's state of residence
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an LPN/LVN
• Recent experience with prior authorization, preferably involving pharmacy benefits
• Experience in a high-volume, metrics-driven healthcare environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
